Certification Process for NCTVET and AMCA Exams

Step 1: Registration

 

  • Register for your desired course through our platform.
  • An invoice for the first month's payment will be sent to you.
  • Once payment is made, you'll be officially onboarded to the site.

Step 2: Course Participation

 

  • Attend the scheduled classes as part of your course.
  • To qualify for the final exams, ensure that the entire course fee (e.g., $50,000) is paid in full.

Step 3: Internship

 

  • Start your internship at any point during or after the course.
  • You will receive a letter and documentation to track your internship hours.
  • Building a strong relationship with your internship site is crucial, as it may lead to future employment opportunities.
  • All documentation must be scanned and returned to us for record-keeping.
  • Internship location is selected by students.

Step 4: Exam Registration

 

  • To register for the exams, fill out the provided link.
  • We register candidates for June and November exams.
  • The registration deadlines are June 30th for November exams and November 30th for June exams.

Step 5: Exams

 

  • Exams can be either paper-based or online.
  • Candidates will be assigned to the nearest examination center or a designated location for their exams.

Step 6: Verification Process

 

  • Following the exams, the verification process involves evaluating your practical skills and knowledge.
  • This may include projects or specific activities and can be completed at your internship site or another approved location.

Step 7: Certification

 

  • Once verification is successfully completed, you will receive your certificate.
